March Goals

I hit my January goals.  I never got around to posting my February goals and well let's just not talk about that as I didn't hit them.  February got busy with the last of the preparations for ZTA day and putting the house on the market.  And the worst was getting a nasty sinus infection that lingered around.  


March Goals 

**  Four workouts a week.

** One strength workout a week.

** One ab work out a week.

** Try one new recipe.


I hope I can hit these goals.  Now that they are written down it seems like a lot.
