After a long weekend I need some motivation to get back in gear. Though I will admit this was my third long weekend in a row.

I did better in August but still didn't hit all my goals. My ankle was still giving me fits so I didn't workout as much as I had planned. I know people talk about dreading the treadmill but for me it is the bike and that is all I could still do. I did about half the workouts I had planned for each week but it was for the best my ankle is feeling good again.
** Five workouts a week.
** Read three books
** Hang pictures. (Yes I still have not done it).
** Do something once a week for myself.
** Hit the gym three days a week.
I did this once or twice a week.
** Do three workout videos a week.
I got in two or three a week.
** Hang pictures in my office.
I am so terrible this has been on my list for two months and I have not done it yet.
** Read three books.
