November Goals

A new month means a fresh start.  I totally bombed out for my October goals.  I spent two weeks sick with a really nasty sinus infection.  The month started off great but tanked pretty fast.  I can't change that all I can do is not let it get to me.


November Goals

**  Hit the gym 3 days a week.

**  Complete the JessicaSmith TV 30 Fall fitness challenge.

** Start on making Christmas ornaments

** Get half of my Christmas shopping done before Thanksgiving.

**  One thing a week for myself.
