Motivation Monday

I have been sick for two weeks.  I got a really nasty sinus infection that just didn't want to go away.  I finally gave in and went to the doctor last week for the miracle cocktail shot.  It still took until yesterday to start feeling close to myself again. I am looking forward to doing some light workouts this week.  I will admit I have been craving a good workout for a couple of days.  This is a good sign right?  It means that I have hit that turning point where workouts are concerned.
