August Goals

I did better at hitting my goals in July.  I only missed hitting the whole 30 day ab challenge.  I feel good about coming that close because I have not the previous two months.  It is a step back in the right direction.  Now to keep up all the good work.  

August Goals

**  Hit the gym 3 days a week.

** 3 videos a week.

** 3 morning workouts a week.

** Try one healthy recipe.

**  One nice thing for myself a week.
