July Goals

I can't believe half the year is over already.  I made about half of my goals for the month.  I really slacked the last week in half of the month.  I was feeling terrible by Sunday from not working out or eating well which was a big wake up call.  I did get one cross stitch project finished and came close to  finishing a second one.

July Goals

**  Hit the gym 2 times a week.

**  Complete the Jessica Smith 30 day ab challenge.

** Paint an accent wall in my living room.

**  Read one book (I have hardly read a ting since classes got out).

**  Try one new recipe this month.
