Motivation Monday

This one is so true.  I put this into play over the weekend.  Between going down to watch the boys play baseball last week and studying for my final I slacked on the workouts so over the weekend I worked on catching up.  I really didn't want to workout at all yesterday but made myself do it and I felt better afterwards.


  1. You have great self-discipline. I just did free-weights this morning after having them sit and stare at me for weeks. Thanks for the inspiration!

  2. Oh Ruth, it would be sooo easy to slack, and I probably would if I didn't have someone to work out with. That does make it a lot more fun.
