May Challenge

I was looking for a workout challenge to start for May.  I looked at the Tone It Up Girls bikini challenge but then I got an email from Jessica SmithTV about a 30 day challenge for May.  I have been doing a lot of Jessica's workout videos on YouTube lately so I went with hers.

Jessica has a variety of workouts.  I have managed to get through a total of two weeks of workouts that she lines out so doing a whole 30 days is going to be a challenge.  Anyone want to join me?
