March Goals

I  didn't hit my goals in February.  I made it all the way to day 20 of the Fab February challenge.  I got so close and have no real excuse not to have completed it.  And I had one week where I only missed my workout goals for the whole week.  I did manage to keep up with my goal of doing one thing for myself a week.

March Goals

**  3 Cardio workouts a week.

**  2 strength workouts a week.

** 2 morning workouts a week.

**  One thing for myself a week.

I have realized that setting an actual reward for hitting my goals seems to keep me on track.  So if I hit my goals this month I will get a new Painted by Holly print.

  1. I have yet to lose the 5 lbs. from the holidays. It is March. Sigh.
