Black Cherry Ice Cream
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. half and half
3/4 c. black cherry coke
1/2 c. whipping cream
Whisk together condensed milk, half and half, red cherry coke and cream. Churn it for 20 minutes in the ice cream maker. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm, at least two hours.
It turned out good. I don't think this will be one I will make often.
