Five Minute Mousse
1 pkg (4 serving) Jello chocolate fat and sugar free pudding mix
1 1/2 c. skim milk
fat free Cool Whip
Beat package of pudding with wire whisk into 1 1/2 c. milk for 1 minute. Stir in 2 c. thawed cool whip. Spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish as desired.
I have used the white chocolate pudding mix with the strawberry cool whip and that is amazing too.
