Who doesn't love a good beauty tip. I read about this somewhere earlier this year and wanted to try it out before talking about it. I couldn't tell y'all about anything that didn't work. And I wish I could remember which magazine I read it in. Okay so here is the tip. Slather on Shea butter lotion before putting on socks when you workout. It said that the heat and friction caused during the workout will sloth off the dead skin cells on your feet. I have been good about doing this for the last month and my feet are really soft and smooth. Who doesn't want an easy way to keep their feet sandal ready in this heat. I have been using Burt's Bees Shea butter.
