Move it Monday

I worked out 5 days last week. I got in two workouts with me EA Active sports game, two days in the gym and two kettle bell workouts. I missed getting in an ab workout. I also started doing 20 push ups a day. I am pretty proud of myself for sticking with this all week. Not sure yet if I am going to up it yet this week or not. But I am going to keep it up.
I hope to keep up all the workouts this week. And get in some ab workouts.
The eating went well all week. And I am going to work hard to keep that up. I am hoping that it will help me start feeling better.
